Unetwork App Task
Caller ID Testing
Caller ID tasks check whether an inbound test call reaches a real phone and shows the expected caller information after traveling across live carrier routes.
Why it matters
See how calls behave on live networks
Caller information can change as a call moves between countries, carriers, and routing partners. Reports from operator devices help reveal delivery and display issues under real-world conditions.
Operator requirements
- An active Unetwork App license
- Caller ID Testing enabled in Tasks
- A working SIM or eSIM that can receive calls
- A powered-on, reachable device with notifications enabled
How it works
From opt-in to completion
Opt in to Caller ID Testing
Open the Tasks area in the Unetwork App and enable Caller ID participation.
Keep your line reachable
Your SIM or eSIM must be active and able to receive normal incoming calls.
Receive a test call
The event appears like a regular incoming call. You generally do not need to answer it.
Submit the report
Open the app and provide the requested call details within the displayed reporting window.
Good to know
Before you participate
- Task volume differs by country, carrier, active campaigns, and regional demand.
- Wi-Fi can keep the app connected, but the call itself reaches your SIM through the mobile network.
- Keep the app updated and avoid battery settings that prevent background operation.
Task availability and rewards are not guaranteed. Current in-app instructions and program terms take priority because eligibility, demand, and beta rules can change.
