Unetwork App Task

Entropy Generation

Entropy means randomness. This developing task uses small, independent technical signals from real phones as inputs to randomness that digital systems can verify and trust.

In beta testing

Why it matters

Stronger randomness through independent inputs

Randomness helps protect keys, select fair outcomes, and prevent predictable results. Combining validated inputs from distributed devices can reduce dependence on a single source.

Operator requirements

  • An active Unetwork App license
  • Entropy Generation enabled when released to your account
  • A compatible physical phone with eligible sensor permissions
  • Enough uptime to contribute when demand is available

How it works

From opt-in to completion

01

Enable the task

Opt in from Tasks if Entropy Generation becomes available for your account and region.

02

Keep a real phone ready

Leave the app online and allow the supported device permissions described in the task.

03

Contribute technical variation

The network collects eligible device signals and filters weak or suspicious inputs.

04

Combine verified inputs

Valid contributions from independent devices can be combined into auditable randomness.

Good to know

Before you participate

  • This task is in beta; final permissions, validation, and reward rules are not yet fixed.
  • The task is intended to use technical device signals, not contacts, messages, photos, or private files.
  • Always review the current in-app disclosure before opting in.

Task availability and rewards are not guaranteed. Current in-app instructions and program terms take priority because eligibility, demand, and beta rules can change.
