CCV Referral Program - Serious Interest Only

We have heard from several Unity License Operators who have asked whether Crown Capital Ventures plans to offer a referral program.

The answer is yes.

We are now putting a referral program in place and are looking for 15 serious individuals who want to help market, educate, and onboard people they personally know into the Unetwork with CCV.

This is not meant to be a casual referral link program.

We are looking for people who have access to a real community, group, audience, organization, or personal network where operators are likely to:

• Keep strong uptime
• Have reliable signal strength
• Opt into available tasks
• Follow instructions
• Stay active and engaged
• Treat this as a real opportunity, not a quick signup

The reason this matters is simple:

The more your referred operators earn, the more you earn.

Referral commissions will be paid as a fixed percentage of CCV's share for each referred operator, for the life of that referral, as long as the operator remains active and in good standing.

To be clear, this commission comes out of Crown Capital Ventures' share, not the ULO's share.

Referral commissions will be paid out weekly in crypto. For simplicity, we are currently only paying referral commissions in:

• USDC
• USDT

At this time, we are not offering PayPal, bank transfer, or other payout methods for referral commissions.

Referral partners will be responsible for providing the correct wallet address and confirming the proper network before payouts are sent. CCV is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or unsupported network.

Referral tier structure

Tier 1: 5% commission
For approved referral partners who onboard 1-49 active operators.

Tier 2: 10% commission
Once you onboard 50+ active operators.

Tier 3: 15% commission
Once you onboard 200+ active operators.

Example

Using a simple example:

A 100 UP allocation on a 50/50 lease.

Please note: each lease deal may differ, and each deal's preview will recompute based on its real value.

Unity License Operator:
50.00 UP

Referrer at 5% of CCV's share:
2.50 UP

CCV keeps:
47.50 UP

So in this example, the ULO still receives their full 50.00 UP. The referral commission is paid from CCV's side of the lease share.

At higher referral tiers, the same model applies:

Again, this does not reduce the ULO's agreed lease share.

We are starting with 15 referral partners so we can keep this organized, fair, and focused on quality.

3. Why you believe they would be strong operators
4. How you plan to educate and onboard them
5. Whether you believe you can reach 50+ active operators over time
